    For my age with moderate exercise/week, my daily calorie intake should be ~2400 Cal/day. My regular intake is 1800-2100.     As for the guy on the starvation diet.... I wonder if he has a condition such as kidney stones? That would limit what he can take in. I never saw him so grouchy as during that period, especially when we were all eating great and all he can do was watch.

    of all the exercise ive tried lately, from circuit training, bootcamp etc, yoga is the most brutal ive tried...hirap pala

    Haven't been to the gym for a week because of my knee problem. FF then sends me a text message kanina asking if everything is ok. Well, that was a good way to keep current customers.
