    5kms I can do fine, but around 10kms I can feel the pain on my left knee na. So I am not sure if I can finish 21k.

    by the way, I did my refeed last Saturday, 8 pancakes and 1 whole andoks..
    ang sarap! feels good! was able to do romanian deadlift last sunday 250 libras 3 sets of 6-8reps..

    May knee issues ka pa sa pace na yan? hahaha
    Nahiya naman ako hehehe
    Try biking to strengthen some leg muscles and see if it will help your knees.

    PR ko na yan boss kaya naka-screenshot hahaha. And yeah, I agree, looks like the stationary bike at the gym did improve my knees a bit.

    sa akin kasi talaga nawala ang sakit. siguro it was just a matter of weak muscles in my legs causing some alignment issues with the patella. I am not saying it will be the same result for all of us pero since nag-work out ka din naman, might as well try it.
