    no papi...when you do legs( not necessary squats) and deadlifts, its so taxing to the nervous system that the body has no choice but to grow...i do them both at the same day, squats for quads, deadlifts for glutes and hams

    Meron kasing mga matatandang matataba na tinatapunan ng pera yung bike, akala papayat sila pag ganun. Puro porma, kulang sa padyak, sobra sa kain pagkatapos.

    A decent hardtail good for cross-country rides and light trails will set you back around 30-70k depending on the parts. A decent full suspension bike for more challenging rides will start at 75k until kingdom come. You don't need a full suspension bike if you just plan to climb inclines or go on long rides.

    i can relate, i thought shifting from ipsc to mtb was less expensive, turns out my bike cost more than my custom hicap sti..tapos i wasnt losing weight where it matters, sa waistline, we also did century rides, to the point tumatakas ako sa office namin just to do mtb 2-3x a week sa nuvali/silang trails, tapos gym rat pa ako, buttom line is, you cant out exercise a bad diet...

    Possible runner's knee. Ganyan din ako. Walang nararamdaman pag naglalakad lang. Pero pag tumakbo na, ayun frustrating.
    I suggest Googling or Youtubing some exercises for your quads and gluts and see if it will help your knee. It worked for me before.

    Then when I tried biking, mas lalong lumakas thigh at butt muscles (and probably yung core ko). Tumakbo ako kahapon lang, wala na yung sakit.

    Will definitely do that boss. Just started going back to the gym, maybe in a few more months when I get back to my peak self I'd try long distance running again.

    Isa pa pala. I also use shoe inserts for flat fleet. Kasi I observed na yung landing ng paa ko pag tumatakbo, sobrang pumapaloob.

    What are those shoe inserts boss? Maybe I can try them too and see if it improves the pain on my knee. I think a lot of people ganyan din ang landing ng paa, paloob, which is why NMDs and Ultraboosts are designed na tabingi yung sole.

    Been looking for better sport earphones than my Blueant Boost HD and Bose Freestyle. The sound quality from Bose was subpar, while the Blueant earphones were acting weird. It increases the volume by its own almost making me deaf. Auditioned a lot of sport wireless earphones like the Jabra Sports Coach, the Jaybird Freedom, JBL Under Armour Wireless and the JBL Mini BT. The winner was this:


    Battery life, sound quality, excellent comfort plus a pretty nice design. It ticks all the boxes. All for the same price as my wired Bose Freestyle.

    Can't wait to go to the gym again tom.
