    yeah kettlebells are nice. even my sister invested in those.

    battle ropes are better versus kettlebells.

    kettlebell swings aren't functional imo hehehhe.

    In my line of work. aside from computer stuff, we lift things off of the ground. hence I like deadlifts.

    You must be in the same industry as me chief. But mostly we do IT admin stuff kaya masyadong sedentiary ang trabaho. The only time I think tumataas ang heart rate ko in the office is kapag galit ako lol

    Am using kettlebells on plyos' (jump squat/ scissor jump),leg exercise (bulgarian split deadlift/ single leg romanian deadlift) and back (hyperextension)....

    Ab rollout is a killer....

    Ma google ng yang mga workout sir. I want to try those out, kasi sa gym most of the free weights I use are usually used by someone, but kettlebells there remain untouched.

    in the office try doing 3 sets of 50 push ups...that will raise the heartrate a bit
