    Delts are not designed for heavy weights, what you can do is dumbbell partial side lateral exercise...

    What do you mean set to failure? I am planning on buying heavier dumbbells because I also need it for the triceps extension. Kainis lang kasi P40 per lb presyo ng sa friend ko na nagbebenta. So that is P800 for a pair of 10 lb dumbbell

    well, just buy resistance bands, i have one used when travelling

    Which exercises can I use resistance bands? I've never seen one pa ata.

    ganito gawin mo cathy, tapakan mo sa gitna yun resistance band tapos hatakin mo ng dalawang kamay yun dalawang dulo, tapos squat ka labas pwet and lower back then yun dibdib mo and chin parallel sa apak mo. tapos i-lock mo braso mo parallel sa side body with only the elbows moving up and down.

    sa una sapul siguro ngala ngala mo kasi magkakamali ka para ka siguro tinamaan ng airbag sa baba

    Thanks for these! I like the dumbbell shrug but I think I need to buy heavier weights for that. I also like concentration pero ang problema wala kasi akong bench sa bahay. I just do all my weights standing up and in front of the mirror in out living room hahaha. What I miss most about going to the gym at the machines. I like machines better than free weights.
    See video for dumbbell push ups. Kung may kanto lang ang plates ng Dumbbells. Otherwise injury prone pag gumulong. Forget the burpee, since ayaw mo ata ng Leg work outs hehe.

    Subscribing to this thread. Joined Fitness First last week, need to cut weight kasi ever since I became a dad a few years ago, tuloy tuloy ang weight gain ko. I am planning to go to FF atleast 4x a week focusing on cardio. Has anyone tried GNC Burn 60 as a supplement? If I follow the 12 cal/pound for cutting, how much weight do I expect to lose in a week? 1lb/week?

    Fitness First is so old. Dapat nag anytime fitness ka na lang. Mababarkada ka lang dun sa mga mayayaman intsik atsak mga wives ba mayaman matrona. Wala kayo gagawin kungdi kumain sa labas. Been there done that.

    Sa anytime fitness, bata pa mga tao, walang pambile ng food trip na lavish, dun masarap mabarkada.
