    its my junk day, menu for today, 8 stack pancakes, spicy noodles, a few pcs of chicken breast and 3 cups of rice, desert is half a lb of m&m peanuts

    Im 5'6. limiting my calories to 1400 per day, no food after 6pm4. Gusto ko kasi mala Derek Ramsay or athlete type of body. Manipis na puro muscle. Tama ba way ko?

    if youre only consuming 1400 thats too low, thats the caloric maintainance of a 93lb man..heres the formula..12cal per pound of bodyweight if cutting, 15 to maintain, 17-18 if trying to bulk..if you want to build lean mass you need to eat more...
