    I would love to eat salmon daily but it's too expensive. I just buy yellowfin tuna.

    Tuna is one source of fats too! You can try the meltique steak in S&R. It contains 5 packs of rib eye steak. What I do is I cut them in half so I can have 10 portions. The healthy fat melts in your mouth goodness..

    I try to stay away from fruits too as they contain sugar (sadly) so I just take multi vitamins to replace the nutrients I'm missing out on..

    Cath here is me some 6 months ago when I was trying the Uniqlo Small Polo Dry Shirts for the first time. look at my back it was fat even though I was lifting. I said to myself the weights are making it hard for me to fit in Asian clothing so again here it is me in when I was 142lbs or 10lbs heavier. so in a way, I understand Mr. Bigs I used to hang out with guys like him in the gym.

    in my opinion, if stripes clothing make you look fat in pictures even if it's the smallest size, then your fat.
