    gym * 1am onwards. meron pala nyan. di kaya milagro lang nangyayari sa mga lockers nyan. ang alam ko mahirap mag-weights sa gabi kasi mas mahina ang katawan. puro kasi gising mga-counterpart ko sa multi-verse.

    Talaga? Mas malapit pala yung sa conti's if ever. Gusto ko sana magtry nyan kaso wala akong kasabay nakakahiya alam na kung ano intention ko pag pasok ko dun hahaha

    theveed, cliff hanger for cutting?

    my dips, after 8-sets bench, 2-sets incline:
    3x8 with 45lbs weight

    additional question 5x5 program:

    does it emphasizes on standing military presses or clean and press? Olympic squats? Olympic deads? load, de-load, and intensity phase? no machines, just free-weights?

    it seems like the 5x5 by eclipse fitness was derived from "5x5 by Bill Starr" program.

    originally designed/pioneered for OFF SEASON football players to gain strength by Bill Starr himself.

    I performed 5x5 last year, it forced me to do proper deads and squats, really good.

    as far as gaining size, I had to go back to MAX-OT unbeatable routine based on my own experience.
