Im watching Discover Channel right now where inmates from SUPER MAXIMUM PRISON are having a deadlift competition.
230lb prisoner just lifted 600lbs, NO SUPPLEMENTS, NO GLOVES, just weight belt.
I guess ALL NATURAL is achievable if you are a hardcore convict :evillaugh

By the way... How much muscle or mass is lost during workouts inoder to determine how much protein to take in?

You don't lose muscle mass during workout, you break the fibers from the stress of lifting hence the need of protein to repair and regenerate the torn muscles (result = stronger/bigger muscle).
You base your protein consumption by weight and activity level, typical for bodybuilders is around 1-1.5grams of clean protein per pound of bodyweight.
A gradual increase of calories is also required.

ay fafa, birhen sa thread na ito...
kapatid, depende sa schedule mo. also, some trainers recommend varying your workout hours as long as it is not within 2-hours before bedtime. Baka daw hindi ka makatulog. yung mga couch-potato, trainers asks them to start their workout early in the morning dahil tatamarin na daw sila kung ipag-palipas pa.
pero nasubukan ko na mag workout before bedtime, mas masarap pa nga ang tulog ko.

yung akin naman... you can add the reverse cam and back-up sensor... pero ADAS - I don't think...
