    oks. thanks. i'll check this weekend. sa malls kasi mga 30-35 pesos per lb e. sa raon 10-15 pesos. kung mga 15-20 sa riverbanks, pwede na kesa naman yung hassle ng pagpuntang raon.

    kahit habang toothbrush feeling nya he's favoring his right kaya alternate sya with his left while brushing.. hehehe

    mga peeps,

    survey lang po anong gamit mong supplements be fat blockers or protein.

    Im currently using MRM mettabolic whey first time kong gamitin but i like the taste previously ang ni take ko ay ON whey choco and vanilla pero mas nasasarapan ako sa mga flavor ng MRM. 5lbs ko in two weeks paubos na

    So you're right hand dominant which most of us are. Kaya ang advise ng mga training specialists, whenever doing alternate curls, rows, or when it requires you to use dumbell, start with your WEAK ARM first.

    Use the same weight (load) and the same repetition. This way, you WILL FORCE your weak arm to do what your STRONG ARM can.

    lastly, when moving (re-racking weights), make it a habit to use the left arm to carry the plate/dumbell. Force that mofo to work as hard or harder than its cousin (right arm).

    qman, ON Whey ang ginagamit ko for 10-months now, 79%. Previously, AST VP2 Whey pero ang mahal nya eh. Better taste than ON Whey but more protein percentage per serving, 85%.

    MRM Metabolic Whey:
    serving size - 29grams
    protein per serving - 22grams
    PURE UNADULTERATED PROTEIN - 75% (actual amount of protein based on per serving)

    na-cover na ba natin ang NO intake ser theveed?

    NO is to be taken pre-workout but no protein shake should be taken until after an hour of NO intake.

    So, paano na ang pre-workout meal nyan? di ba 1-serving of protein before and after workout?

    Im thinking about trying the NO since I hit the plateau again.

    yes, tama ka kapatid at depende sa size ng scoop. Alam mo naman ang ibang manufacturer, ga-tabo ang scoop :hysterical:

    eto ang formula:
    serving size/protein per serving x 100 = PURE UNADULTERATED PROTEIN

    minsan may makikita kang advertised as having 45grams of protein per serving. Pero ang serving size pala eh 66grams so 68% lang ang actual protein

    pero take into consideration mo yun composition ng protein and yun form ng carbs and fat... kasi tulad ng syntha6 40g per serving pero 22g of protein lang pero 6 types of protein naman ang meron kaya masmaganda

    22g/29g = 75%

    23g/29g = 79%
    24g/29g = 82%

    hindi ibig sabihin 75% of protein lang ang ma-absorb ng katawan... ratio yan with carbs and fats... ibig sabihin 75% ng 1 serving eh protein...
