Medyo dahil nakakarelax na nga ako ng konti, naiisip ko rin na medyo makapagsuot naman ng mga outfits na hindi ako laging mukhang butiki. I tell you, if you would see me in my suits, para akong hanger, hehehehe. I would be 40 soon and semi-retired na, so medyo kailangan na talagang pagtuonan ng pansin ang sarili ko.

July 27th, 2006 12:00 PM #643I have a very high metabolism, though my endocrinologist told me that I don't have any problem with my thyroid. Nasa pamilya namin na talagang mga natural na mga payat. Kahit sobrang lakas kumain ng mga relatives ko, wala talagang obese o matataba sa amin. Pero payat as we are, the family still has a problem with hypertension. Many relatives died from stroke, my father included. So far very normal ang cholesterol level ko and sabi naman ng doctor ko, pwede daw akong mag-gym.
