    dem 10kms a day

Karding: I think I'll get one of those, I guess I have to increase my cardio workout to 40mins, am doing 30 mins on the threadmill at the moment. Pag nagbabasketball ako sa village I sprint several laps around 10 or so, am still not in shape nagkasakit ako late last year and had no exercise for 2 months, pretty tough on the legs. I don't really do weight training, I only have a couple of barbels here so my weight training regimen will be limited. Target ko muna is to trim my midsection. Baby steps muna

ILD, kapag sinuot mo yon make sure na medyo mahigpit.

running ako mahina, last time I ran was 00:12:30 for 1.5mile :evillaugh

During the main event 42KM run panalo ang team namin pero sila lang first and second ako pang 8..

Weird is pag sa basketball mga 3 baba lang sobrang pagod na ako hirap i control ang galaw sa court di tulad sa road nakaka diskarte ka.

breathing, I have that. Pero I dont do endurance training kaya wala talaga akong practice. Why I dont run is because I dont have much calories left in my body. Unlike most people who replied to this thread, I'm an ectomorph. I need as much calories as I can take/retain.

I just have to pass the fitness test 3-times a year which is running for under 13mins on a 1.5mile track

van_wilder, for ectomorph like us, when we incorporate running to our program, it should look like this:

in 10mins of running, divided with the following speed:
2mins 50% of your top speed
3mins 100% of your top speed
3mins 80% of your top speed
2mins 50% of your top speed

Do 2-3 cycles and you've just completed your cardio for the week.

edit: saw it on men's fitness magazine nga pala.

Madali ka nga mapapagod pag ganyan.. binibigla mo agad...lahat ng runner sa marathon swabe lang sa start . basta constant speed lang dapat....if you will notice pag mga ganyang event pag nasa mid of run makikita mo ilan nalang ang natitira at mostly yung nasa una meron kasunod na halos dikit sa kanya... style talaga yon para mapagod yung nasa unahan mo. ma distract ang concentration nya .kasi ang iniisip non maka layo agad sya...kaya ako laging stay behind pag may power pa saka mag sprint.. well practice makes perfect talaga..
