    No such thing as spot fat reduction. Where your body stores fat is genetic.

    Just lose weight overall and the boobs will follow. Build chest and back muscles (pull ups, bench press) to tone your upper body so it doesn't look pudgy.

    Havent been the the gym since the lockdown bro. I guess all the carbs and junk foods went straight to the boobs and the booze to the love handles. Tsikot Fitness and Gym Thread

    Paano nyo pinapa-maintenance yung treadmill?
    May problem ako sa treadmill ko, gusto ko nga sana pa-trade in dun sa binilhan ko kaso wala ako makukuha man lang (ang convinience lang, aalisin nila sa bahay yung luma).. Yung discount sa bago normal discount lang..
    Nung bumili kasi ako hindi ko naisip pumili ng brand na common para hindi ako mahirapan sa repair.. Tsikot Fitness and Gym Thread
    Horizon yung brand nung akin, mag-9 years na. Reason nung sira, luma na.. Napudpod na yung hinang nung circuit board kaya dapat palitan na.. Wala sila pampalit nung part kasi phase-out na yung model..
    Baka may idea dito sa trade-in or baka merong may alam na magaling na technician at makakuha ng missing part galing sa chop-chop..
