I don't miss cardio but I miss doing weights. Sana kung may incline (adjustable to flat) bench lang ako I could do a lot of free weights.

Paano naging useless? You need energy to walk. It burns calories naman...

You have the treadmill... half the population would love to use that...

Madali lang ma-reach ang 50% lalo na kung ndi physically active.

My max HR is 180. 90bpm is my HR at warmup stetching so 50% na agad. I can easily reach Zone 5?? (170+bpm) pag nag sprint ako sa treadmill after which my recovered state is around 130bpm.

that's the same treadmill the heart doctors use, to maximally challenge the heart.

    ayus bro!

recumbent bike or upright bike? i could never touch uprights, it would kill my groin even with good briefs.

100 jumping jacks before hitting submit reply glad i have these mats it reduces injury lol

upright bro. its an old exercise bike but still serve its purpose and do have its resistance settings working just fine. i feel butt sore nga if i go beyond an hour, malapad kasi yung saddle but better than sa wala. meron din ako yoga mat i bought from miniso, it does help with abdominal and other exercises
