    I think no supplement that can ease muscle soreness.

    I’m using ON’s Essential Amino Energy. It supports muscle recovery. Same with Syntha.

    If it’s really unbearable, I’ll take pain reliever.

    i see,

    i did try amino energy before but pre/intra work out drinks kinda made me feel jittery.

    i skip a day too if the pain is unbearable.

    Never done that for the longest time.

    Used to do that in school, but it was all cardio and calisthenics.
