    Between vanilla and choco, I always pick the latter. Only when choco is out of stock that I’ll be forced to get the vanilla.

    By the way, do you have program and routines?

    meron naman but not the hardcore type. i'm more in maintaining my weight na lang after doing low carb eating. i do the usual upper/lower body exercises and cardio. i don't plan to bulk up. i am feeling good with my weight and physique now

    Yeah, I agree.

    This is a lifestyle for me.

    Split training is good. I did that before. Important thing is, recovery period.

    Mine is one body part a day. I have training coach though, who double as nutritionist.

    i do 2 body parts combo sa upper, madalas supersets para mabilis. i do leg alone as i'm a bit weak sa lower part. but i'm trying to increase intensity naman in doing squats, deadlift and lunges. not much on heavy lifts but i do observe progressive overloads. tumataas naman nabubuhat.

    maganda if you have a training coach and a nutritionist. with their guidance, you can definitely maximize your gains depending sa target mo.

    nice. pinapanood ko din vids ni athlean-x saka yung body transformation nung estudyante niya na si jessie. the guy is simply transforming from a skinny to having a chiseled like physique.
