ah ok, different stroke for different folks
meron naman but not the hardcore type. i'm more in maintaining my weight na lang after doing low carb eating. i do the usual upper/lower body exercises and cardio. i don't plan to bulk up. i am feeling good with my weight and physique now

its good to have a healthy lifestyle
i do 2 body parts combo sa upper, madalas supersets para mabilis. i do leg alone as i'm a bit weak sa lower part. but i'm trying to increase intensity naman in doing squats, deadlift and lunges. not much on heavy lifts but i do observe progressive overloads. tumataas naman nabubuhat.
maganda if you have a training coach and a nutritionist. with their guidance, you can definitely maximize your gains depending sa target mo.
