i see. been eating low carb since Aug last year and i get used to it. but i'm out of ketosis na. i try to maintain na lang timbang ko and do some compound exercises and cardio.
konting belly fat at love handles na lang. best shape so far, feeling better and stronger

ahh surfer body, very lean physique, washboard abs. too much for an early 70's born middle-aged dad like me.
cream cheese okay for me, hard cheeses too and dairy. milktea not anymore because of the high sugar.

followed her routine, managed to complete but came short with the planking. my middle-aged belly and core still not rigid to endure the body weight. perhaps i need more tummy tuck exercises
