i see. been eating low carb since Aug last year and i get used to it. but i'm out of ketosis na. i try to maintain na lang timbang ko and do some compound exercises and cardio.
konting belly fat at love handles na lang. best shape so far, feeling better and stronger[emoji123]

ahh surfer body, very lean physique, washboard abs. too much for an early 70's born middle-aged dad like me.
cream cheese okay for me, hard cheeses too and dairy. milktea not anymore because of the high sugar.
downloading tabata playlists in spotify[emoji1] the miniso yoga mat and ab roller are helping. i feel the tummy firming[emoji23]

followed her routine, managed to complete but came short with the planking. my middle-aged belly and core still not rigid to endure the body weight. perhaps i need more tummy tuck exercises
