August 20th, 2018 11:34 AM #2691I did stronglifts before..ingat ka lang pag magbigat na..i noticed pag around 4th and 5th rep form breaks down, when i reach a certain weight...i just do singles and concentrate on form and just enough to shock the CNS, parang sa mark bell ko napanood yun..injuries come from those last forced reps..

August 22nd, 2018 01:36 PM #2698I did SL before. Once you progress to the heavier weights, it can be difficult keeping your form. I just deload until I can properly keep the form safely and start from there, adding little weights until I can handle it with proper form.
My goal is to reach 300 lbs squat and then I quit and do something else.
