    Coz i ate to much carbs and sodium for the past 5 days

    Did 223 floors in 43 mins last night on a powermill.

    Level 5 - 10 - 15, 1 min each then repeat.

    1 min cool down

    Tried the InBody scan today. Everything turned out normal according to the ranges provided but personally I think there's room to improve - maybe 3 kg more muscle and 3% less body fat.

    Sucks cuz I don't really enjoy going to the gym. I have regular muay thai and badminton and occassional swimming but none of those help build significant muscle mass.
