    Is the caliper accurate ba? Used to be fat but not obese naman Kaya somehow have loose skin around belly area.

    sariling-sikap fitness program lang ako
    3-5 road run during weekends, indoor treadmill pag naulan.
    weekdays, before going to work: stretching, and some tummy trimmer exercise.
    fitness and cardio lang ako, sali lang sa 5km fun run.
    2016 umabot ako ng 92 kgs, last year naging 79kgs, at present nasa 71 kgs na lang.

    Thats good sir...any form physical activity will do....basta may self improvement..me, im not too much into losing weight..195lb is my goldilocks number, lower than that and i cant squat and deadlift that much...*200 and my 32in pants seems too tight around the thigh area...keep it up sir..long life and good health

    Yung 9 point system is as close as to hydrostatic scan...yung dexa scan is also ok..obese...there are skinny people that are considered obese or skinny fat..if their bf % more 25% you are considered obese but still not morbidly...modern sport science doesnt use the old BMI formula anymore..weight/height...for comparison sake..mine is 26.3

    Not for size but for faster recovery...just woke up ..that drained me, stair climber record was 150flights in an hour...setting was 4..so mabagal lang
