April 14th, 2018 08:10 AM #2401Although, I grew stronger on the 5x5 program, I have more muscle defintion when I shifted to the bodybuilding program. I think my sweet spot is 10-12 reps.
I guess they are right after all. Bodybuilding for aesthetics and powerlifting for brute strength.
For fat burning routine, I usually do bear complex:
Damn. This exercise can zap all your energy, making you limp on your way home. Lmao!

Did the makiling hike again yesterday. Took me 36k steps to complete it and my phone app told i burned 1k calories. Felt i burned more though since my arm is kind of sore today from hanging on tree branches to keep my balance.
