Do squats (the ordinary one - barbell on the back shoulder), some bend over lifting etc. I planning to do it again but I am still figuring out the schedule since I still want to run and bike after office. My group usually have this long bicycle ride on weekends so a bit of biking is needed on weekdays.

Mr. BIG.. after 10 years im back in the gym...
I enrolled my 14 yr. old kid sa gym my personal trainer din cya.. to improve his core.. balance, strenght and endurance... mahilig kasi sa basketball.. kinuha ko din cya ng one on one basketball trainer... former PBA player... advice kasi nya enrol ko daw anak ko sa gym... kaya pati na din ako nag enroll and got my self a trainer...
We have been working out for 3 weeks na... mostly ang binibigay palang samin is Dynamic stretching... we have separate trainer din pala... mine is for Conditioning and strenght.... sya naman 6 months training for core muscles and strengh, to improve his basketball skills..
Magkano ba usual rate ng personal trainer sa ganyan? 10 sessions...
