Very strong!
Did my legs exercises last nite.
Front Barbell squats (pyramid)- 160lbs
6 sets- 12,10,8,8,10,12
Rear lunges (dumb bell)- 3 sets, 6reps each side
Romanian deadlift- (300lbs) 3 sets, 5 reps
Leg extension - 3 sets, 12reps
Leg press - 3 sets, 12 reps
Leg curl - 3 sets, 12 reps
Standing calf raise -3 sets, 20 reps
Hack squats -3 sets, 12 reps
I'm so drained....

July 26th, 2017 09:52 AM #2146im not that strong anymore...i can only do 135 on the front squats pero a$$ to grass..pero 250lb high bar which is kinda lame for my weight, im practicing a few olympic lifts like the overhead squats...more taxing, big help sa core strength..ganun siguro pag tumatanda
