nothing beats the wind in your face.. the various facets of humanity... the rain on your head and in your shoes!!!

this was way back when roxas blvd air was... air!
The problem is there's nothing to see for you.

The gym I go to have the treadmills at the very back. Each column of machines has a corresponding HDTV with headphone jacks. Plus, at the very front are mats where many people do their stretches. Time it right, and there would be many pretty women doing their stretches. Or, I just watch the shapely tush of the pretty lady on the elliptical ahead of me bounce back and forth. Beside all those, there is an (4-lane) indoor track that takes up the rest of the second floor and goes by the machines. Some of the ladies like to jog.

The stair steppers are also at the front which means if you use it, everyone behind will see your wiggling butt because you're elevated higher than everyone else.

I'm a visual kind of guy, given a choice. Music tend to get repetitive, especially if they're not to my tastes. Most visual feasts are one of a kind. I probably won't see that pretty lady again for months, if ever.

Concrete roads doesnt absorb shocks as good as treadmills. Kaya kahit mamaw ka sa treadmill, ilang steps mo pa lang sa road alam mo na difference.

well, you just have to fight through it.

i know of some members in our tennis club who are pushing 70 and yet they're still a challenge to beat. and a number of them even picked-up the sport late in life
