oh the leg presses? those 8 sets are the warmups with minimal rest, 4sets wide+4 sets of narrow stance, no adding weight, just 3 plates on each side, very light..yung over head squats drained me big time, we have a new toy, ok pala battle ropes.

It's been a while since I posted here. But, not much has changed.....

I still do my morning calisthenics at home:
    Various stretches
    1 minute push ups: 35
    1 minute sit ups: 50
    Jumping jacks: 1-2-3-4-1, 1-2-3-4-2......until 20. I don't know what to call that.

Every other day, I juggle a soccer ball for around....10-15 minutes, depending on how hot it's getting outside. This exercise is probably the one which makes me sweat the most. 2-minute mark and I'm drenched.

At the gym, I alternate between elliptical and treadmill. I exercise the arms to the feet in the former for 30 minutes (Resistance: ~14/20). In the latter, I set the treadmill speed to 5 mph or 5.5 mph and jog for 3 miles (equivalent to outdoors: 1.5 miles).

If the basketball court is full, I ride the bike for 30 minutes to cool down. Otherwise, I'll play a half-court game or two before going home. I stick with half-court games so my right knee won't feel overburdened....less running full speed.

^ I'm actually working on it. Really exposes your weakness in flexibility, balance, strenght and coordination. There's a lot of people who struggle with these movements and I'm one of them...
