dipa papi, i can only do 315 for 5-6 reps, i did volume work today, lots of leg presses,lots of squats, then i couple of friends were doing deadlifts, i joined in, went up to my usual working set..after that did a hundred air squats to finish legday, syempre patigil tigil, para maubos lahat ng glucose sa system, i cant wait matapos yung flu..
