Nag plateau na nga ako idol.. kaya 2 weeks pahinga muna from gym.. then been eating rice with wagyu cubes and yakiniku sauce.. the bomb! Next week balik na ako gym.. lol!

May 17th, 2017 09:21 AM #1937well, nag pahinga lang ako papi sa keto but not on working out, i still eat below maintainance, around 3k, i want to still deadlift heavy thats why im eating alot..btw im still doing IF, good luck on your program, having a break is good for the nervous system, may mental reset din yan papi..

May 17th, 2017 12:48 PM #1939if youre fully adapted...no, pero all foods will solicit an insulin spike even whey and bcaas, thats why its recommended that keep your fats up and the protein moderate...coz too much protein will promote gluconeogenesis, pero every body is diffetent...whats your total carbs?
