Just finished going to the gym today. Tinitigan ko lang yung stairmaster. At my level, I think hindi ko pa yan kaya. Do you think if I add a protein supplement in my diet, the recovery will be faster, building more muscles thus burning more fat?

April 18th, 2017 01:34 PM #1802Sows, stairmaster lang kelangan pa ng preparation. What you do is what i did soem 10 years ago, i climbed ten stories sa emergency exit ng building namin everyday. As you go a long. Fast pace na climbing.
I would recommend and it is more natural. The problem kasi eith the machine lalo na pag may program eh bigla nag-shift ang resistsnce ng steps, that is dangerous kasi bigla lambot then tigas

Ahhh, so strong.
I really don't mind people na umi ere while doing there reps but I hate it when they make the pssssssssssss sound in every push....at yung mga taong iniipon yung mga equipments on their bench sabay iiwanan at di ibabalik...

UPPER BODY & CARDIO
Close-grip barbell bench press - 3 sets of 20 reps
Leave 2 in tank first 2 sets; go all out in third
Front dumbell raise- 3 sets of 10 reps
Side lateral raise- 3 sets of 10 reps
Dumbell rear delt row- 3 sets of 10 reps
Pull-up/ wide grip- 3 sets of 25 reps
Dumbell one-arm shoulder press- 3 sets of 15 reps
Ez-bar skull crusher- 3 sets of 12 reps
Barbell curl- 3 sets of 12 reps
Alternating hammer curl- 3 sets of 12 reps
Lying dumbell triceps extension- 3 sets of 12 reps
1 1/4 incline dumbell curl- 3 sets of 15 reps
Triceps pushdown- 3 sets of 15 reps
Rifle squat thrust- 1 minute work, 30 secs rest (4 reps)
Stationary bicycle- 16 rounds of sprints 20 sec work, 1 minute rest
