    Is that similar to the butt shaker dun sa gym? Medyo sumakit tuhod ko and can't do elliptical today kasi pinagbike ako ng PT ko using a level 6 na effort level sa stationary. I'll try that maybe this weekend.

    That makes me sweat a lot pero diyan ata nasira tuhod ko over a decade ago. I can't use that machine ever again

    i have 2 torn miniscus...i bet your knee problems came from elsewhere.from experience, stair climbing has less impact than a treadmill

    Hindi pala buo yung stair climber sa gym. You fit your left and right foot in. I think it's because I put pressure on my knees and not my legs I was really addicted to that machine until nilagnat na ko haha
