    if youre doing keto, skip drinking whey, better switch to casein for steady and slow digestion. whey is absorbed fast and causes an insulin spike...not good if in keto..

    ok sya papi b4 going to sleep, helps is recovery, pero if you eat enough whole foods, you dont need anymore protein suppliments, except for creatine..

    thats what i thought. my meals are complete and filling naman. and my protein intake is still above 100g so no muscle loss yet.

    I wanted a fast meal sa umaga. hectic days to come coz my colleage is taking a 3 week leave.

    hirap mag salad prep sa umaga lol. washing the chopping board and salad bows. then brewinf coffee. it takes too long lol. solo"yolo 🤣
