    i did 6L today, i make it a point na before 7am naka, 1.5L na ako, worked out, another 1.5L, lunch was a liter, So 4L around midday, imagine if that was beer... hirap mag workout sa AF ng evernings, raming friends that i used to work out with, some are even customers, puro kwento...

    I set a target of 4.5l for now. will increase if i find it not enough.

    AF sure hit the money.

    still have to visit that golds gym. they have a pool 🙃

    sad to say those BIA machines arent accurate, misan 20%, 12%, 17%, kanina 14%, in the span of 1 week, the accurate one is a dexa scan, expensive nga lang

    kidney stones? havent heard that one yet, yes kailangan mo extra minerals and sodium, chicken broth is recommended, you tend to flush out more water kasi no carbs to hold it....tapos naba ang flu?

    no flu yet. having headaches though.

    muscle pain i think is overpowering any symptoms hahaha. hitting back shoulders and arms the past days. need to foam roll... or just hit legs to equalize pain

    I remember looking at the nutrition labels of them chicken cubes... those are salt bombs with fat. sounds like a good supp 😁
