    Isn't there a minimum heart rate to start burning fats? or for on activity to be considered exercise?

    no minimum naman.

    30 minute walk will burn 100-200 calories(cant remember). if you run i think it burns more energy. fat is energy.

    but its negated if you get an extra rice lol.

    After jogging for 30 mins and coming back home you see donuts on the table = game... ovaahh!

    Nung nagpapapayat ako i just counted calories and considered burned calories from exercises as bonuses. Intermittent fasting also made it easier for me.

    well technically cardio is for creating a calorie deficit..the burning stops when you stop, pero it trains your cardiovascular system to be more efficient, another side of the spectrum is strength training is for building muscles...which is metabolically active...that means the more muscles you have...the more calories you burn at rest..i use cardio for active recovery...

    6 hours (i also have 2 days with 24 hour fasts)

    although i do IF only on weekdays

    Weekends hanggang madaling araw ako kumakain usually
