first time ko narinig to. when i have pnd before, I can jog para pawisan ang hingalin. and it clears my nose temporarily. i cant to this now as its too cold sa bundok.
are you jogging outdoors? if do it could be pollen from trees or bad air and triggering an allergic reaction.

I tried hotel H2O's fitness center, place is way too cold. Minsan naman po, gym sa kanto. I'm doing Lee Labrada's 12-week leanbody daily trainer, it includes complete meal protocols too. All the do's and don'ts. Try it po. You'll be happy with the results.

February 28th, 2017 05:52 PM #1439a few days lang just to bulk up, then back to keto again....i feel ok in ketosis, im not sleepy throughout the day, pero when im in bed around 8pm, give or take 5mins...im asleep, i wake up around 3-4am...mas constant ang energy ng ketones
