    haha, la pa akong carbs since dec 1/2016..no rice, pasta, bread and sugar etc...even the sauce is just mustard and 2 table spoons of mang tomas...

    Yes definitely agree on this. 2000 or less is my goal without breaking the bank 😅

    yes...you can...but its better if you track your output also...btw there is a formula for that...i think for males is 12calories/per pound of bodyweight if cutting..., 15 if maintainace, 17 or more pag bulking

    Interesting. How do you do this? I was able to lose 25-30 lbs a few years back with diet (eating healthy and less) and exercise. I was able to sustain it for 2-3 yrs until a trip to the US when I just gave in to junk lol. I want to fit into my old clothes/size again.

    just remove the simple sugars, vegtable oils and processed meats, eat more fiber and increase your water intake to 5L a day...btw research dr robert lustig studies about food...."skinny on obesity" and another by dr robin willcourt..enjoy
