    I'm not a physical fitness expert here. AFAIK dapat normal lang ang breathing in any sport activities .

    well, it depends, you know that weightlifting belt? its not all for back support, in powerlifting, you hold you breath, then push your core/stomach into that belt..

    I exhale during exertion. So kung crunches, exhale pag aangat.

    I'm doing 150 crunches (4sets).
    In your last few reps of every set you'll be force to hold your breath.

    Tried bikram twice before, akala ko madali lang, ang hirap pala. Una akala ko sisiw lang, nahiya ako sa sarili ko haha

    well youre from bls diba? did ou sign up sa AF? if so they have yoga classes included with your membership...im gonna sign up...it might help with my flexibilty or lack thereof caused by injuries
