well technically dumbell rows are for the lats, i regularly do heavy rows every back day, di lumalaki, i saw improvements when i used those 200peso rubber bands sold at tobys...rear delts are small, dont need to use heavy weights for them

curious, what is the proper way of breathing every time lifting the weights? inhale or exhale? do you exhale tru your nose or both in your mouth?

ewan ko i just breathe normally, the last heavy rep is the most important, you push your stomach into the belt to maximize power...lalo na sa deadlift, squats and heavy beanch..

hehe, maybe they want to feel the adrenaline when 'pumping " while having ***... it's sound like oh our God... oh our god. hehe
it' totally different in swimming. we breath out tru nose, breath in naman sa mouth.

Get oxygen before the slightly heavy push/pull movement then exhale and breathe in and out again for a few seconds then do another rep. People pass out because they think breathing is only done after every rep. Or they think they can copy those big guys doing 10 reps in one breathe hold.

Maic's Gym marikina sobrang baho. Youre tempted to hold your breathe 😅
