September 5th, 2016 02:39 PM #1111good for you, good bless your soul, we have been brainwashed that eating fat is bad, being fat is the culprit and eating too much carbs and processed food, kellogs coined the term, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, eat corn flakes, by 10am crash and burn, youll be grabing sweets and 700calorie frappes at starbucks by 1pm, no wonder the expanded waistlines...

September 5th, 2016 06:04 PM #1114if you like the taste of raw coconut, adding cold press coconut oil in morning breakfast shake is heavenly. i like to add it to my go to bulking food.
2 scoops of oatmeal in a mason jar
add banana (blueberries, blackberries or raspberries if i can find it cheap and fresh. frozen ones will do sometimes but cost 700 iirc at s&r)
2 scoops of protein shake (i like RC Pro Antium vanilla wafer)
1 glass of freshmilk or add til protein shake and oatmeal is mix and soaked.
2 tablespoon of unsalted peanut butter
add manuka honey (optional)
pop it on the fridge and leave it til next day.
add 1 or 2 teaspoon of coconut oil before eating it.
yum yum! 1000+ calories no cook breakfast.
