    Been doing this for a couple of decades, 2nd nature to me already, well cant tell the difference....all i feel is hungry..yun lang

    Yeah treadmill is boring but it can still work us. I can probably use it 30 minutes maximum for each use.

    Before, I use it to warm up and to force myself to run a lot faster.

    Cardio machines are great for those who are getting old and whose knees cannot take the wear and tear of running outside anymore. I'm headed that way eventually.

    Most cardio machines at home are paired with a TV so that most people using them don't get bored. It's the same set ups in most gyms here.

    This is the cardio section of the gym I switched to. The TVs have long since switched to LCD. There's cable TV and each TV can have a different channel on.

    What I like about an intense workout is what you feel the next day. Parang masarap pakiramdam ng katawan I really can't describe it.
