    ako nag-gain ng weight pero parang lumiit ako, naging masfirm naman yun muscle ko... sabi nun iba lumaki nga daw ako pero lumiit chest ko... feeling ko over-train chest ko...

    Karding: Hehe, labo no? I've learned na that I'll forget the stupid weighing scale altogether, just trust my eyes and bodyfat reading... Excited na ako magrestart (reboot!!! CTRL-ALT-DEL) next week. Di padin ako nakakafinalize sa diet plan ko right now.

    Thanks. At malabo nga talaga yang scale na yan, hehehe. although may gains ako in just a month, I dont want to hit plateau again and not know how to break it. I have 3 more weeks before I start over again, just like you. I'm still taking a total of 6-servings of whey, vitamins, AA, no creatine yet. I want to see what "SCT" can do for me. I know Im gonna miss the Max-OT routine...

    haaay... chest ako ngayon and triceps... 45 minutes lang yun workout ko... sobrang ikli ng pahinga... akala ko magpassout na ako... kakakapagod kahit binawasan ko ng todo yun weight...

    Question: How would you know if you have injured shoulder muscles due to over workout? Does it really hurt? Does muscle get inflamed as soon as fiber is damaged?

    thveed.should the weight that i am supposed to lift eh mabibigat talaga?ung tipong i CANT do for 15 reps?kasi diba 12 lang sabi mo...so hahanap ako ng weight na diko kaya ang 15?

    or magagaan lang talaga?

    picking / setting the weights you'll be using depends on your current body structure and muscle mass (+ will power.)

    in my case, i pick/set weights na hirap na ko nang 10 reps tapos titirahin ko nang 12. mahirap ksi ung 'you CANT' level na weights at baka ma-injure ka (unless may spotter ka na kasama.)

    cardio ako 2day..
