    I agree mind setting muna.

    Ang problemA ko... Humina na ako... I can feel no more strength... Right now zero exercise ako...

    Food... Limited carbs Lang ako... Max. 1cup per eating...

    Ego--- hindi ako nahihiya kung ano ako... Kahit tumaba o payat.. Hanap ko good health Lang...

    May problem is... Lack of energy and time...

    May electric treadmill ako sa bahay, mini gym, bench press, Jumping rope.. Hand grip... Sauna suit... Yung mini gym ko-- mukhang hindi ko na magagamit ng maayos..

    Makakauwi ako, 6pm na.. Pero super tired na ako...
    I wake up-- 4.30-5am checking and answering emails-- it takes me usually 1hr to finish... Then umaalis sa bahay ng 6.30am, Pero hawak ko Oras ko...

    Pero I'm always b.c., meeting, site inspection.. Etc. But may time, twice a week I'm free after 2pm na.. During my free time nag papa massage ako 2 hours... Then I'll just fetch my wife and son ng 5pm...

    If you stop. So nag speed wire ako ngaun, 1500 daily in 100 segments, then I use 10lbs weights just to attack biceps and triceps

    I did this 8 weeks to my recent vacation in Japan, so yun I have another memorable photos in Facebook. Yun sa europe trip ko kase, prepare talaga ako noonm Euro clothes din .. Pag kita kami friends ko, all they want to talk about is my trip. Pero ang hindi nika alam if you fit and look good in your vacation, dun talaga gumaganda ang trip landmarks and highligts

    Weight training is a habit. It is not a one and done deal.
    if i may add, if mag-sag kapag tumigil meaning to say you have not fully grown a muscle or toned your muscle. baka bulky lang tingnan because of aminos and whey protein drinks magandang tingnan kapag nakat-shirt pero malambot, meaning ampaw ang muscle. maraming ganyan, naka-fold pa yung sleeve ng shirts to show their big triceps at biceps pero wala naman cuts. tapos naka shorts, kung tingnan mo parang chicken legs walang laman ang quads at calves, masipag lang sa upper body

    Bro home gym is the best. I finished my 3/4inch 10x16ft floor already and still waiting for more weights. And i just need a squat rack and a huge whiteboard for progress and lastly 40inch tv hahaha. Masarap humihingal in the morning and evening 😂

    Kaya takot na takot ako magka diabetes. Brother ko 25 lang ata nagkaron and he was very active that time. Mom ko meron na din diabetes pero yung kanya from age. Ang hilig ko pa naman sa chocolates and my doctor said mataas din probability ko

    Exercise is really important to keep your sugar level controlled. I might have avoided diabetes in my 20s because I exercised regularly then. It's been years since I've been to the gum though. But now that I have back pains and my sugar goes above 100 na, I really need to workout again.
