    Sayang talaga rarely used Pinapanood kasi ako parati (you know who) kaya nakaka asiwa. Pag paalisin ko kunyari nagwawalis or nagga garden pero sumisilip sa bintana. Ewan ko bakit kailangan pati sa treadmill naka bantay siya

    Sabi kasi Mommy ko masyado malaki baka kahit libre walang kumuha. Of course I have no plans of giving it away Magkano ba normal depreciation for treadmills? Half the price?

    Wow 99k. Gym membership is like 2k a month. That's 4 years worth of gym and many people get fit on the first year

    I thought working out at home would be the same as in the gym but it's different. I used to workout regularly (weekdays) and I really miss going to the gym. Iba talaga yung may schedule and you know you have to be somewhere at a certain time. Natigil gym ko when this btch and trainer at the gym binangga yung auto ko. Mahirap kasi parking sa gym kaya harang harang na. Btch was too lazy to move her car and asked the trainer to move it instead. Apparently the trainer was just learning to drive and did not even have a license. Inatrasan yung rear passenger ko tinamaan, btch did not want to pay and trainer said I was at fault. Sabi nga ng pulis, may kotse bang umaandar na patagilid. So I decided not to go back anymore.

    If you stop. So nag speed wire ako ngaun, 1500 daily in 100 segments, then I use 10lbs weights just to attack biceps and triceps

    I did this 8 weeks to my recent vacation in Japan, so yun I have another memorable photos in Facebook. Yun sa europe trip ko kase, prepare talaga ako noonm Euro clothes din .. Pag kita kami friends ko, all they want to talk about is my trip. Pero ang hindi nika alam if you fit and look good in your vacation, dun talaga gumaganda ang trip landmarks and highligts

    Weight training is a habit. It is not a one and done deal.
    Yung mga artista na yan ay maganda lang katawan kapag may shooting. Kapag tapos na ay tigil na sa diet at workout yang mga yan.
    Ok ang training mo kasi bagay siya sa goal mo. Pero kung gusto mo na maging mascular siyempre dun ka na sa progressive weight training (including bench press, squats at deadlift).

    I do 1500 a day sa speedwire but it's not enough. Plano ko bumili ng chaku then watch YouTube movies of Bruce lee to tone my biceps

    Minicarp.. I'm 41 years old.. And a diabetic.. What kind of exercises would you recommend ? I can feel muscle anthropy... Lumiit Lahat.. Arms legs... Biceps... Gym buff ako dati.. That was 13 years ago..
