napanood ko sa ripleys.. man with the largest biceps... 24".. hehe panget din po tignan...
so.. ano gagawin ko para pumayat? matakaw ako eh.. ndi ba ako papayat sa kahit anong exercise? cardio? threadmill? kala ko ok na crunches eh.. hehe

lost two pounds and malaki nabawas sa tyan ko in two and a half weeks by lessening rice and softdrink intake (rice = half cup; softdrinks = nada). also did 30 crunches and 30 leg raises.
next gusto ko mabawasan ung tagiliran ko.

In a span of 2 month workout period, I lost 15lbs. and 4 inch from my waistline. That's ofcourse cutdown on rice and other food that contains fat. Softdrinks, a glass a week. Then chocolates naman, matikman ko lang konti ok na. No pizza and other nightcap snacks. Pag nagutom inbetween meals, tubig ang katapat.

AC: Simple lang ang concept ng weight loss...
Sa diet: Consume less calories than you expend.
Sa exercise: Build up muscle to burn fat.
Me I don't count poundage that much, although I lost 12 pounds since I started (almost 2 months now). But after losing my initial phase (I just wanted to shrink back to 36 waist muna, dati 38.5 ako, ano man ang sumabay, edi ok hehe). After 7 weeks I'm down to 36, now I'm hovering around 35-36, depende kung may kabag ako hehe, hyperacidic ako eh. I did this primarily by dieting (stop lahat ng starches like rice, pasta, potatoes, bread but tadtad sa veggies and "low fat" meats like fish and chicken)... Did 2 weeks of this to normalize my blood sugar... The fat just burns if your insulin level is steady.
That's usually the cause of the statement "nakakataba ang kanin", enriched flour, white rice and such spikes insulin levels, making the body store the carbs into fat before it gets used up.
Nowadays I'm concentrating on muscle gain, intense exercise which will couple as my cardio nadin... Diet is a lot more lax compared to before. Brown rice is my daily starch lunch, merienda gardenia whole wheat with tuna etc... Stayed at my current weight for the past 2 weeks (actually lost .3 lbs this am when weighed)...
as an aside, in the olden days, anyone who does not move 'ala luksa during Holy Week, especially...
