Eh pano yan sabi ng iba if you want muscle mass, do fewer reps, more weight. If you want endurance, do more reps, less weight. Tama ba?

^oks din yan pero depende sa goal. malaking factor yun diet. if you eat right and lift heavy, you'll have lean muscles. if you want strength, i suggest try mo yun program ni bill starr 5x5 strength training. syurbol yan bro.

Salamat. Try ko nga yan. Tumigil kasi ako for 3 weeks kasi na injure ako sa deadlift (kulang sa stretching). Nag swim muna ako for 2 more weeks. Bumalik ako kahapon sa weights.

What are your latest supplements?
I really want to eliminate simple sugar from my diet and take chromium picolinate to curb my sugar cravings. I'm wondering lang if I'd have enough strength to workout on a low carb diet?

Hi ms. Cath, try to avoid food rich in sodium since they promote water retention. Usually yung nga inaakala mong fats ay water lang pala. Then, colored drinks (e.g. Soda, juices, etc.). Saka na muna yang carbs since source of energy yan.

I drink water lang (at least 2 litres a day) and rarely drink anything flavored (esp colored) because aside from the sugar it stains the teeth I also stay away from processed foods because I am afraid of sodium. Sweets ang hindi ko mapigilan
