    masama ba mag weights sa bahay? i mean yung buhat lang ng buhat yung walang proper gym trainer?

    masama lang yan kung hindi maayos ang pagbuhat mo. not lifting weights properly can lead to injuries like sprains, strains, fractures, etc.

    * always warm-up.
    * be mindful of your form. don't arch your back, strain your neck or rock your body to gain momentum. it makes the workout less effective. if you can't lift the weight without doing this then you probably need to decrease the load.
    * remember to breathe properly. improper breathing can make you feel light headed or even raise your blood pressure.

    medyo sir...

    possible na mag ka injury ka kung hindi proper ang pag buhat mo... like jerking (could cause muscle tear)... or wrong position, especially when doing back exercises... or kung walang proper warm up and stretching...

    just search the net sir...

    tama po yung naka arc ang back....

    i meant you should keep the normal/natural curve of your back and not arch it artificially like hunching or exaggerating the natural arch.

    kahit mga 10lbs each yung bigat? ginagawa ko kasi yun eh, pero nagstretching ako, nag running din.

    depende na yan sa kaya mo sir...

    if you can do 25-30 reps.. pang stretching lang yun...

    weight lifting is specific to each person, kung kaya mo 10lbs eh di walang problem. basta sundan mo lang yung mga tips dito.

    Nagplano din ako na bumili ng sariling equipments kaya lang wala spotter pag sa bahay.

    You should be safe if you could the weight training routine in 12-15 reps. Huwag niyo gawin ung mga 8 reps below lang eh kailangan niyo ng spotter pag ganon.
