masama ba mag weights sa bahay? i mean yung buhat lang ng buhat yung walang proper gym trainer?

masama lang yan kung hindi maayos ang pagbuhat mo. not lifting weights properly can lead to injuries like sprains, strains, fractures, etc.
* always warm-up.
* be mindful of your form. don't arch your back, strain your neck or rock your body to gain momentum. it makes the workout less effective. if you can't lift the weight without doing this then you probably need to decrease the load.
* remember to breathe properly. improper breathing can make you feel light headed or even raise your blood pressure.

You should be safe if you could the weight training routine in 12-15 reps. Huwag niyo gawin ung mga 8 reps below lang eh kailangan niyo ng spotter pag ganon.
