    gagawin ko yan... everyday ako mag shooting... then update ko dito ang progress ko sana meron....

    ang goal ko next week is to break the 180lbs barrier... i find it hard to go down 180 lbs.... tamang tama advice mo coach....

    wala din kasi ako time to go to the gym.... what ill do nalang to build my core strength is... when shooting ill do muscle contraction on my abdominals.

    coach nalang tawag ko sayo....

    Wait till his obsession goes out of control. But if he keeps everything in check then ok lang, but the side effects of that is scary.

    the concept of losing weight is simply about calorific deficit. the daily calorie intake should be less that what your burn daily.

    I lost 20lbs in 8 months by exercising and lessening intake of carb and fat. During that time, I eat 4 to 5 times of small measl per day. I am now in the process of gaining the lost weight here in the Philippines hehehe

    High intensity cardio lang paps, bahala ka nang mag mix ng mga routines mo, then diet.

    3" na nababawas sa tummy ko since mid January, hindi ngalang ako ganon ka religious sa exercise regimen ko.
