    Diet:

    I dont have one and I eat everything, but my protein drink intake is 4 times a day. 23grams per serving.

    Supplements: (I started taking these supplements Oct. 18, 2004)

    AST Whey Isolate (4 servings throughout the day)
    AST Multivitamins (1 cap each morning and bedtime)
    ON 2222 Amino Acids (2 cap pre and 2 caps post-workout)
    AST Micronize Creatine (still on my loading phase, will maintain 10grams after loading)

    Workout: (I started my Max-OT routine Oct. 18, 2004)

    Five times a week for 30mins on MAX-OT split program.

    Supplements and new routine should have an effect by January 20, 2005. If not, then I'll be really pissed!

    One thing I've noticed on Summer 2003 pic. I dont have the bone (top of my spine) showing on the October 2004 pic.

    theveed: i agree, i was thinking this could be a long-term thread.

    anyway, here is what i'm starting on monday (when my stuff arrives):

    objective: maintain weight and size, lose fat

    limitation: i am lazy and am trying to get decent results without devoting my life to the gym

    diet: nothing special, 2000 calories a day with at least 50g of protein...extra protein shake on days that i am lifting

    supplement: 2 capsules of Guggulbolic 3x a day, multivitamins

    workout: 20 minutes of cardio 3x a week, lift on alternate days

    Karding: hardcore ka...i think i'll be happy with the muscle definition you have! :D

    Here's my favorite protein shake recipe. No mess, simple lang. Easy to prepare:

    4 oz of cold water
    1 packet of Nescafe Ice (vanilla flavor)
    ice cubes
    1.5 scoop of Designer Whey (Chocolate flavor)

    In a blender, add water first then the rest. push liquify (on and off, on and off) hangang smooth ang texture. Kung kulang ang tubig, add little by little hangang umikot yung blender. Sarap ang lasa. Parang yung Nescafe Ice binebenta sa mall.

    Another favorite of mine is using frozen strawberries instead of ice cubes, protein powder then water. Blend until texture is smooth. Kung kulang sa tamis, use Splenda or Nutrasweet.

    Huwag over-blend or else hindi na thick. Tunaw na ang ice eh kung ganun.

    Naka dorm ka ba? hehe wala lang, parang lahat ng nagdodorm kasi sa tate ganyan ang electricfan hehe ganun din akin dati :P

    Kainggit dyan, mura ng mail order at web supplements, dito mahal talaga bro...

    Question: Were you ever "fat"? Just wondering, coz thin people, when they gain mass, their separation is usually better than fat(ter) people trying to get lean...

    tapos nabali wrist ko... no workout... ayun, lumiit... pero unti-unti...

    marc nelson daw gumagamit ng no2 eh... effective naman daw... kasi yun mga ibang model ko din na kaibigan gumagamit...

    M54, trust me bro, this physique is not satisfying. Kung alam mo lang na Im really frustrated kse hard-gainer ako. This has caused me to have a bad temper whenever I miss a day of my 5-day routine. A work-out high in the works Saka ang physique ko, it doesnt show when I have my clothes on. Kaya gusto ko mag gain ng muscles instead of definitions. Yeah, sometimes its advantageous when your physique only shows when undressed, lalo na sa bebot, hahaha.

    theveed, hahaha, wala ako sa dorm. Energy efficient kse itong ganito di ba? a combination of exhaust and intake fan tapos space saver pa.

    And I was never fat, I have always been an ectomorph. Kung nakita mo sana ako nung bata pa, talagang tikling. Kinahihiya nga ako ng nanay ko isama sa mga gatherings eh, ganon kasama! hahaha. I started doing pull-ups along with my bro 12 years ago. I cant keep up sa kanya pero he pushed me to do at least 3 each day. Ang pull-up nga namin eh yung kahoy sa may itaas ng pintuan, nilalagyan lang namin ng basahan para hindi masakit sa kamay, pwede na.

    Two of the most basic exercise na lagi kong ginagawa is pull-ups and dips. Ito yata ang foundation ng pagbubuhat ng mabigat. If you can lift your own weight, everything is going to be easy.

    True. Ectomorph gets a better definition but a very consistent workout is needed. Pero mas malaki tignan ang endomorph or mesomorph, mas gusto ko yun.

    What started me to hit the gym is when I wanted to become a police officer sa Pinas. Sabi ng tatay ko (RIP), kailangan daw malaki ang katawan ng pulis. I had two years to prepare para sa PNPA. Pero hindi ako naging ganon ka consistent sa work-out ko due to financial issues. Then my petition came in, I moved to states and the workout resumes.

    May supplier na pala kayo eh, si van_wilder. Sana naman mura talaga ang benta mo fafa...hehehe
