walang side effect ang taho. sobrang arnibal, meron -
increase in blood sugar. re questions about uric acid,
it's not the source kundi yung kinakain na taba ng hayop
sa halos araw araw ang pinagmulan nito tapos minsan ka lang
kakain ng sitaw,beans, taho etc. masisisi pa.

yep rollan, kumbaga unang piga ang taho, then the tofu (mas malambot)
then lastly the tokwa. though medyo sapal but all the fibers we need
are there.
