I think kaya apple cider vinegar ay para to increase the acidity of the stomach. I don't know if apple juice lang will work. I use heinz apple cider vinegar which is available in supermarkets.
I've seen aloe vera juice in the US but I haven't tried it. I haven't seen any locally though.

Don't forget the honey or any sweetener you prefer to make it taste good! Sakin lang, ito na naging pamalit ko sa softdrinks kasi dati addict ako don. Wala gana kung walang coke pantulak!
I've tried tums, kremil s, semico, maalox, zantac etc. pero this really worked for me. Hope it will help you too!

Eto rin problema ko. Years na. Panay inom ko ng acid-suppressor drugs.
Masubukan nga itong apple-cider vinegar with honey. Sa umaga ba o sa gabi iinumin ito?
At..........makapag-Yakult nga mamaya.

small bottle of apple cider vinegar costs about 80 to 100 petot depending sa brand. I think heinz is the prominent brand.
Di ako kasosyo sa heinz ha!
Anyway like the article showed this won't be 100% effective for everybody kasi iba0iba conditions. Tulad sa mother ko na 75 yrs. old na. It didn't work for her but tums do. If you are really suffering baka dapat consult a doctor na lang. (I'm not a doctor. Just sharing my good experience of getting rid of stomach pain which troubled me for 3 years!)
